Welcome to the "Comic Art Europe Project" !

Comic Art Europe is a pilot project bringing together four European organisations representing different elements of the comic book ecosystem: a higher education establishment (Escola de Comic Josh – Spain), two festivals (Lyon Comics Festival – France & Lakes International Comic Art Festival - UK) and a museum (Belgian Comic Strip Center - Belgium).

This project includes various actions as open calls (grants and artistic residencies), professional training (summer camps), community actions (literacy workshops with comics), artists’ promotion,...

This project, co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union, is taking place from September 2020 to December 2023.
