Four European organisations, each from a different country and representative of the comic book ecosystem unite forces in the projet : The Lakes International Comic Art Festival (UK), Escola Joso (Spain), Lyon BD (France) and the Belgian Comic Strip Center.

Its goal ? Strengthen the comic book sector in the EU !
